About the Role

AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Intern to join our team in Fortville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop your skills in project management, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior staff in performing a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities.
  • Follow instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff and meet required schedules while producing quality work.
  • Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
Requirements

Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar discipline, and must have completed at least 1 year of study. Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are also eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for a large general contractor.
  • Previous relevant internship experience.
  • Exposure to other construction-based computer programs.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as exposure to other construction-based computer programs.
