Job Title: IT Integration Architect

Needham Bank is seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integration solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture blueprints and standards
  • Ensure security by design and compliance with industry regulations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in development, data, and integration platforms
  • Knowledge of integration and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
  • Expertise in solution design and development, enterprise application support, and vendor relationship
  • Strong technical background, written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and ability to work independently and within a team environment
