Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.

  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report on daily activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position (5+ years), with a strong track record of maintaining facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in the following areas: repair, electrical controls, machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, cooling, chillers, equipment, air conditioning, carpentry, piping, food processing, hydraulic, refrigeration, HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and motors.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, with the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer, and HVAC systems, with proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (desired).
