Recreation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at the Town of Seabrook. As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising recreation programs and staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants of all ages.

• Supervise recreation programs and staff to ensure high-quality services
• Develop and implement recreation programs that meet the needs of the community
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of town funds
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and their families

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in recreation or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and bending
