CNA Role Summary
This Certified Nursing Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring, and positioning patients for comfort. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
* Position patients for comfort and safety
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
* Valid CNA certification
* At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
