Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

- Two or more years of recent RN experience preferred

- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Current American Heart Association PALS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
