Temple University Hospital seeks a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Nursing Services RN 7 West Cardiac Stepdown FT Days to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing oversight of the nursing care provided to patients on a nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidenced-based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure provision of quality patient care.
- Supervise, evaluate, guide, and counsel nursing staff in their work performance.
- Collaborate with the Director, Nursing, to maintain standards of service excellence and nursing practice.
- Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee human resource management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in pursuit of unparalleled excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field (Preferred)
- 2 Years experience as a RN in a clinical specialty area (Required)
- 1 Year experience in a clinical leadership role (Preferred)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
