Patriot Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the branch.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
- Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including management of staff, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Community Involvement: Participate in local community and civic organizations to promote the bank's presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of banking management experience, with 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated sales skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in the banking industry.
