Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, monitoring food and fluid intake as needed.
- Ensure resident rooms are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of dignity and respect.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure, obtained according to Department of Inspections and Appeals guidelines.
- Valid registration with the Direct Care Worker Registry.
- Ability to obtain a chauffeur's endorsement within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
