Sheet Metal Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Direct others on work activities and organize resource scheduling.
• Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Solve complex job-related problems or bring solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations.
• Liaison with client representatives.
• Attend all project meetings.
• Perform safety talks and keep check-in sheets.
• Maintain tool inspection reports.
• Submit employees' time to the office.
• Perform performance reviews for employees on the project.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with sheet metal layout and installation.
• Ability to work with various tools.
• 1-5 years of experience managing projects and personnel.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pass a background check.
