Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for evening shifts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as instructed by the Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
  • Document resident care properly and communicate changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and leadership team.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent.
  • Name must be placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire and maintained throughout employment.
