POSITION SUMMARY

As a Coffee Specialist at Black Rock Coffee Bar, your responsibilities will include delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing a diverse range of beverages and food items, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. You will have the chance to promote new products, manage transactions, assist with training, and support the overall success of the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers and team members with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health guidelines
  • Promote new products to enhance brand visibility
  • Handle transactions with precision and professionalism
  • Support training initiatives and mentor new team members
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Conduct line management during busy periods to expedite orders
  • Work independently with self-directed initiative
