Position Overview

Windigo Logistics LLC is a prominent player in the grocery distribution sector, servicing a wide array of King Sooper stores across the United States. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Warehouse Worker, offering a competitive compensation package.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with potential earnings up to $36 per hour through various incentives. Additional benefits include automatic time and a half on Sundays and holidays, as well as pay increases based on hours worked.

Benefits Include:

  • Pension plan through the union

  • 80 hours of paid time off in the first year, plus two personal days
  • Three excused unpaid days and accrued sick pay during the probationary period

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select and prepare products for shipment using a double pallet jack and audio pick direction system.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment while adhering to safety and production standards.
  • Accurately identify and transfer products to designated loading areas, maintaining a focus on safety and cleanliness.
  • Receive, store, and select various grocery and merchandise products from warehouse stock.
  • Transport products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain high performance standards in order selection with minimal damage.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or with pallet jacks is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in order selection or physically demanding roles is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks, drug screenings, and physical capacity tests.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform frequent bending and stooping.
  • Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment: This position is full-time and may require shifts during the day, night, or overnight.
