Join a well-established Urology practice located in a picturesque area known for its lakes. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of one Urologist and one Nurse Practitioner, serving a community of approximately 70,000 residents.
Practice Details:
- **Service Area:** Engage with a diverse patient population, with outreach opportunities available.
- **Team Structure:** Work alongside a supportive team in a modern medical facility.
- **Patient Volume:** Average of 18-22 patients per day.
Work Schedule:
- **On-Call Requirements:** Approximately 10 days per month, with backup from general surgery when necessary.
- **Surgical Days:** 1 to 1.5 surgical days per week, depending on patient volumes.
- **Clinic Days:** 3 to 5 clinic days per week, based on provider preference.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including:
- Bladder and prostate issues
- Male infertility (not mandatory)
- Cystoscopy and Urodynamics
- Pelvic Floor Therapy and Ultrasound
- Biopsies and Lithotripsy
Compensation and Benefits:
- **Salary Structure:** Guaranteed salary for the initial two years, with potential for additional earnings based on production.
- **CME Allowance:** Annual funding for continuing medical education and professional memberships.
- **Relocation Assistance:** Support for moving expenses and a generous sign-on bonus.
