Restaurant Associate

About the Role:

Taco Bell - Crestwood is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Food Safety and Handling: Maintain knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food and chemicals used in the restaurant.
• Team Support: Anticipate kitchen team needs by constantly evaluating the environment and responding to cues as necessary.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
• Receiving and Inventory: Assist with receiving delivery of product on behalf of the restaurant team.
• Checklists and Compliance: Complete daily and weekly checklists and maintain a proactive approach to the health, safety, and security of all staff at all times.
• Guest Experience: Greet guests and provide a memorable experience, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Teamwork and Communication: Share your positive high energy and enthusiasm with the team, focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
