The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with our providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Verifying patient demographic information and insurance details
  • Providing instructions to patients on locations and directions
  • Answering phone calls and directing visitors to the correct extension
  • Entering data into computer systems and retrieving information as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a medical office setting; three to six months related experience and/or training may be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
