Valle Verde, a HumanGood community, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge RN to join its 5-Star Skilled Nursing team.

The Charge RN will be responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of residents are met, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care as needed and supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current RN license in the state for which applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
