We are seeking a skilled Travel Progressive Care Unit RN to join our team at Flexup Direct. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, adhering to the standards of practice set by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- Teach patients and their significant others to promote health and well-being.
- Document patient care in the medical record, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Recent acute care hospital experience (within the past 2 years) is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in intermediate/progressive care is required.
- Facility may consider candidates with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience.
- Certifications do not need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
- OR license does not need to be active at the time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
