Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at All Team Staffing. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests. Your duties will include setting up events, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up events, including table placement, tablecloths, and place settings
• Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
• Keep glasses filled and remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Interact with guests to give them a favorable experience

Requirements:

• Hospitality and food service experience required
• Ability to follow directions
• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Clean, friendly, and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who works well with others
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Responsible and dependable, with reliable transportation
• Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
