Job Description:

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Elmhurst, New York. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays and CT scans, to help diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays and CT scans
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and explaining procedures
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners
  • Develop and process radiographic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography
  • 1+ year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
