Job Description

BlueTriton is a leading provider of spring and purified water products, offering a portfolio of highly recognizable, responsibly sourced, and sustainably packaged spring water, as well as other quality products and services. We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead A to join our team.

As a Technical Lead A, you will be responsible for supporting operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment. You will also learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions, be familiar with operating all equipment, and train at each machine center. Additionally, you will execute work orders, including special projects, rebuilds, and installations, and work with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possible.

**Responsibilities**

  • Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment
  • Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions
  • Be familiar with operating all equipment
  • Train at each machine center
  • Execute work orders, including special projects, rebuilds, and installations
  • Work with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possible

**Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum one year experience with maintenance systems and/or storeroom inventory systems preferred
  • Two years minimum experience in manufacturing preventive maintenance systems required
  • Must have excellent all-around maintenance system skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems
  • Must have good computer skills, including computerized maintenance management systems
  • Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and have the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Must be highly motivated and actively demonstrate a sense of urgency toward the completion of activities, tasks, and goals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent follow-up capabilities
  • Plant support equipment experience a plus (air compressor, pumps, chillers, boilers)
