Job Title: Behavior Technician

Ally Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in the North Phoenix area.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized treatment plans and provide high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs, working directly with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Collect data on client progress and communicate effectively with BCBAs and therapy staff.
  • Prepare treatment materials and supplies in advance of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other therapy staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Attend ongoing training and development sessions related to ABA therapy.
Requirements:
  • Completed or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required), bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card and background check.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from client homes and/or therapy center.
  • Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
