Key Responsibilities- Provide armed close protection and security services to high-profile clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
- Conduct thorough threat assessments and develop tailored security plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and secure the client's environment, including residences, workplaces, and travel routes, to prevent security breaches.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to ensure a swift and effective response to any security incidents.
- Conduct advanced security preparations and risk assessments at various locations to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Maintain regular communication with the Operations Center to ensure proper support and coordination.
- Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the client at all times, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking decisive action to protect the client and their assets.
- Provide security briefings and updates to the client, ensuring they are informed and aware of any potential security risks.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive protection or a related field, with a strong background in law enforcement, military, or security services.
- Valid security certifications and licenses as required by local regulations, including a BSIS Guard Card, BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit, Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218), Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification, and Powers to Arrest Certification.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in conducting threat assessments and developing security plans, with a strong understanding of security technologies and surveillance systems.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, with a strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
