Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor

Top of the Line Landscaping is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our maintenance crew, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of laborers to ensure efficient completion of grounds maintenance service contracts
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including trucks and trailers, to carry out specified job tasks
• Provide daily progress reporting on job time and cost data
• Inspect all work for quality to eliminate the need for return visits and/or re-work due to quality or customer satisfaction issues
• Train crew members on proper and safe job methods
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in team leadership in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to obtain and hold a valid Dot medical certificate

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires good manual dexterity
• Excellent stamina is required
