About the Role
The Stroke Coordinator is a key member of the Neuroscience team at HealthEcareers - Client, responsible for coordinating and implementing services and activities related to the primary stroke centers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to function as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement services and activities related to the primary stroke centers
- Function as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
- Play a key role in the Neuroscience Service line as relates to support of the disease-specific focus on stroke care and outcomes
- Work closely with the Neuroscience team to ensure seamless coordination of stroke care services
Requirements

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
