Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including P6 and other relevant tools
