Job OverviewSmileMD is a leading office-based anesthesia group dedicated to providing high-quality care to the pediatric Medicaid population for operative dentistry. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. We operate in multiple states and perform over 10,000 cases annually, all in a dentist's office setting.

This role will provide coverage to our Southeast Ohio market, including Zanesville, Cambridge, Marietta, Athens, Logan, and Jackson. As a Pediatric Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients in a solo case setting, with a 3-person care team model consisting of a paramedic and RN assisting for the day.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time W2 Anesthesiologists: $450K - $500K Annually
  • Part-Time 1099 Anesthesiologists: $300/Hour ($2,400 per Day Guaranteed)
**Eligible for up to a $75,000 sign-on bonus for Full-time W2 Anesthesiologists**
**Eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus for 1099 Anesthesiologists**

Flexible Schedule
  • Predictable work hours - NO Nights, NO Weekends, and NO On Call
  • Some work 1-2 days per month. Some work full-time. Many work with us as a supplement to their hospital jobs.

  • Contingent upon candidate's successful completion of the company credentialing and privileging process and contingent upon acceptable applicable background check results
