* At least two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health care setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
