Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role:
The Warehouse Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This includes managing the receipt and shipment of products, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt and shipment of products, including tracking and updating inventory levels.
- Collaborate with customer service representatives, service providers, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment.
- Engage with vendors and Solotech associates with a positive attitude.
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Warehouse or inventory experience.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficient in Office365.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Requires the ability to squat occasionally.
- Requires the ability to use ladders up to 20 feet frequently.
- Requires the ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Valid Driver's License
Work Requirements:
Time will be spent in a warehouse and office setting. Environment may be fast paced, hot, cold, and dark. Flexible work hours to support operations. Typical workweeks standard 40 hours.
