About Us: Family Ark is dedicated to providing therapeutic services for individuals and families in southern Indiana. Our innovative program, the Lotus House, focuses on transitional housing for expectant and new mothers in recovery.
Role Summary: The Family Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering case management services to families residing at the Lotus House. This role involves collaboration with team members, families, and external professionals to address each family's unique objectives and requirements. The position reports directly to the Program Manager of the Lotus House.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive client case management records, including treatment plans, monthly updates, and case notes.
- Facilitate group sessions focused on recovery-oriented daily living skills, such as parenting, employment, wellness, and recovery techniques.
- Connect clients with resources for sober living, employment opportunities conducive to recovery, health services, and support groups.
- Utilize strength-based language and evidence-based recovery models in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in the human services sector, with a preference for experience in addiction and recovery.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass thorough background checks.
- Family Ark maintains a drug-free workplace; candidates will undergo pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
