The primary finance responsibilities encompass budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and expense oversight, alongside daily operational management. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a daily business partner with the Accounting and Finance teams, as well as other stakeholders across the organization.
Oversee essential deliverables such as month-end reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and strategic financial activities.
Construct financial models, capacity planning frameworks, analyses, and related presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Examine intricate financial data and reports to provide timely and accurate recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Create data-driven presentations and insightful business commentary, including conclusions, reconciliations, and recommendations for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board on a regular basis.
Utilize large and complex datasets to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
Enhance the organization's financial decision-making process through thorough analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
Drive value within the organization by improving margins, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Support the integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills; experience in engaging with colleagues to present ideas and opportunities backed by data-driven insights.
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
Familiarity with financial software and tools is highly desirable.
Experience in managing headcount and SG&A expenses.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is required.

Work Environment:
Domestic travel requirements are minimal. A standard work week is expected, with the understanding that additional hours may be necessary based on project demands.

The work environment is typical of an office setting with moderate noise levels.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods is required.
