Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a reputable healthcare facility in Barre, Vermont.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various rehabilitation needs, including physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Vermont.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably in a travel assignment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
