Optometrist Leader

The Associate Optometrist is a leader within the organization, delivering exceptional results through collaboration and teamwork. This role ensures that all patients receive high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and driving growth through strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
- Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
- Establish the brand as the leading optical provider within the community.
- Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
- Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.
- Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Solid organizational skills
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $46.03 to $73.45 per hour, based on factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
