Optometrist Leader

The Associate Optometrist is a leader within the organization, delivering exceptional results through collaboration and teamwork. This role ensures that all patients receive high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and driving growth through strong partnerships with the MOD, SMM, and team.

• Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Solid organizational skills

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $46.03 to $73.45 per hour, based on factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
