Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Label Production Specialist to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. in a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Safe and Efficient Operations: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety programs and protocols, and ensure that all tasks are performed in a safe and acceptable manner.
  • Label Production and Quality Control: Produce high-quality product labels as needed to support production operations, and ensure that all labels meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Product Knowledge and Compliance: Possess a thorough understanding of product codes, associated products, and USDA regulations, and ensure that all labeling is accurate and compliant.
  • Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Work effectively with fellow team members to achieve high-performance goals, and be flexible and adaptable to changing production needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a production area with extensive knowledge of label applications
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
