About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Therapist to join our team at Arbor View Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, communicating with patients, clients, and team members, and maintaining documentation of services in the medical record.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve their quality of life
- Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services
- Conduct in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner
- Ability to inspire trust and respect and mobilize others
