About the Job

This role offers an estimated $35,000-$45,000 per year salary. As a Clinical Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting nurses in delivering high-quality patient care, observing and reporting changes in patient condition, and participating in quality assurance activities on the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the nursing process to deliver safe and effective patient care
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth functioning unit and enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience is necessary; completion of our onsite Nursing Assistant Course is provided during orientation
  • Basic Life Saving certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
