Your RoleAs a Diesel Technician II, you will play a critical role in maintaining our luxury coach fleet. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, and other coach components. You will work alongside senior technicians, gaining hands-on experience and receiving training to advance in your field.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical and electronic systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to enhance your skills and advance in your career.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Contribute to improving work methods, safety standards, and team performance by actively participating in training and suggesting operational enhancements.
- 1+ years of experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair, particularly with large diesel engines.
- Experience working on Volvo, Cummins, or Detroit diesel engines.
- Competitive hourly wage ($31-$37)
- Tool and boot allowance after 90 days
