Job Description
CAE USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Western Regional Logistics Lead with Security Clearance to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing regional logistics and maintenance support for multiple individual sites.

About the Role
The Western Regional Logistics Lead acts as the primary point of contact for regional logistics and maintenance support, ensuring that all activities are coordinated and executed in accordance with contract requirements. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of U.S. DoD procurement practices and regulations, as well as experience with simulator systems design and development, configuration management, reliability/maintainability concepts, technical writing, and standard operating procedures related to logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, administer, and control all activities of the C-17 TS Western Region Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) functional areas.
  • Work closely with the C-17 TS Logistics Manager to provide centralized supply and technical support for multiple locations.
  • Monitor and control inventory status and sustainability of operations at each site through the use of computerized information and data management systems.
  • Ensure all operating locations are provisioned at sufficient levels to meet contract availability rates.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; high school graduate with a minimum of 8 years' applicable logistics experience.
  • Two years' applicable logistics experience in a simulator manufacturing environment.
  • Previous military and/or commercial logistics technical experience and/or training.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. DoD procurement practices and regulations.

Security Requirements
  • Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
  • Must comply with all company security and data protection policies and procedures.
