Purpose:

At Supercuts, we pride ourselves on having the best hairstylists in the industry. Our certification program ensures that each and every stylist is a fully trained and highly competent professional. We believe that our stylists are the backbone of our business, and we strive to provide them with the best possible training and support.

The Supercuts hairstylist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding the needs and preferences of our clients, and exceeding their expectations. We achieve this by adhering to our brand standards and operating principles, as well as best practices in the industry.

Duties:
  • Provide high-quality haircuts using the Supercuts technique
  • Educate customers on how to maintain their hairstyle between salon visits and recommend products to help them achieve their desired look
  • Execute the 360 Experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Follow sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to dress code standards and maintain a professional appearance
  • Attend all required technical training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Participate in monthly salon meetings to discuss best practices and share knowledge
Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, a confident and professional personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Our ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. We also require our stylists to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
