Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, symptoms, and test results
- Provide acute care services for patients with urgent medical needs
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and minor surgical interventions
- Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and disease management
- Participate in public health initiatives and community outreach programs
- Provide hospice palliative medicine services for terminally ill patients
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to address mental health concerns in patients
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating adult patients across a wide range of conditions
- Experience in emergency medicine and triage is preferred
- Knowledge of addiction counseling and behavioral health is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
