Respiratory Therapist RRT CRTT

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT CRTT to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
- Assist with placement of artificial airways and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patient for therapeutic response and notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.
- Assist with transportation of ventilator-dependent patients and respond to emergent patient situations.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ACLS Instructor certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or BCLS Instructor certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or PALS Instructor certification.
