The successful candidate will collaborate with external vendor representatives and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with internal applications.

Participation in an on-call support rotation for applications is required, providing 24/7 assistance.

Responsibilities include offering technical support to the operations team and working alongside systems programmers to develop, install, modify, and maintain software products and subsystems focused on network management, performance, and capacity optimization.

Additionally, the role involves leading the testing, debugging, and modification processes of vendor applications, ensuring their effective use and integration.

Providing technical guidance on operating systems and subsystems, including performance monitoring, is also essential.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrated strong troubleshooting abilities and independent problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows environment.

Proficient in Visual Studio, .NET, and C# with at least 5 years of experience.

Familiarity with version control practices and tools is required.

Experience with remote server troubleshooting is preferred.

Solid understanding of SQL databases and the ability to write queries.

Knowledge of system change control processes is necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in an IT environment, providing production support for vendor applications, including installation, maintenance, and management of multiple systems.

Ability to effectively balance development and support responsibilities.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO and Jira is a plus.

Experience in projects involving various business segments is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and collaboration with IT, vendor, and business teams.

Excellent communication, design, documentation, analytical, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) skills are essential.

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log file analysis to assess the health of critical production applications and identify root causes of performance and functional issues is preferred.

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
