- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in code compliance inspection and plan review, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Certifications: Valid ICC certification B2, M2, P2, E2.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
