Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Adecco. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation, with a focus on precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to set up CNC machines.
* Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify part designs.
* Develop and write CNC programs using industry-standard software to control lathe and mill machines.
* Coordinate with the purchasing manager to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
* Implement and maintain a routine machine maintenance checklist to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
* Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Train new staff members on proper CNC machine operation and programming techniques.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in CNC programming preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer or Setup Operator.
* Proficiency in CAM software, CAD software.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
