Configure and optimize Linux, RHEL, and Solaris systems for high performance and reliability
Implement and manage server virtualization, clustering, and file systems
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Puppet and other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions for Linux, RHEL, and Solaris environments
Strong knowledge of Linux, RHEL, and Solaris systems and technologies
Experience with server virtualization, clustering, and file systems
Proficiency in automation scripting using Puppet and other tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Logistics:

Work remotely 90% of the time, with 10% onsite in Pasadena for meetings and collaboration
Contract role with potential for extension and/or conversion to permanent position
COVID-19 vaccine and booster required, or valid medical exemption
Must pass a 12-panel drug screen, 10-year background check, and employment verification
Must be a current US citizen or valid Green Card holder, with no visa sponsorship available
