We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team at AdventHealth Littleton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develop and implement patient plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and providing wound care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
- Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
- One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a Cath Lab setting.
- Basic Life Support American Heart Association certification.
