Houseman Insignia Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Houseman to join our team at Workforce Solutions Permian Basin.

Estimated Salary: $27.50 per hour, dependent on location and experience.

• Maintain exceptional guest service standards as part of a collaborative team.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism and availability for guests at all times.
• Foster a clean and welcoming environment by maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and parking lot.
• Empty waste receptacles in all public areas and parking lot, promoting a hygienic atmosphere.
• Sustain pool and spa facilities daily, ensuring their optimal condition.
• Support maintenance with regular preventative maintenance tasks.
• Develop familiarity with emergency procedures and execute protocols correctly.
• Assist housekeeping with cleaning and laundry needs, enhancing overall quality service.
• Deliver items to guestrooms upon request, providing excellent customer satisfaction.
• Conduct a thorough final walk-through of the property before leaving, guaranteeing its readiness for the next day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager, embracing flexibility and teamwork.

• The ideal candidate must possess impeccable neatness, cleanliness, and organizational skills, upholding a superior standard of personal hygiene and tidiness.
• A brand-standard uniform is mandatory at all times, reflecting the company's image.
• The successful candidate should be able to lift, push, or pull objects exceeding 40 pounds safely and efficiently.
