Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Services Nurse to join our team at Elkhart Place in Elkhart, IN. As a Care Services Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments, providing nursing services, and assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs).
Responsibilities- Administer medication or treatments prescribed by a resident's health care provider
- Provide intermittent nursing services and observation of residents within state licensure regulations
- Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transferring, and eating
- Maintain resident records daily in accordance with federal, state, and company policies and processes
- Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) with a current/unencumbered license
- Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements or as required by State regulations
- Maintain CPR and/or First Aid Certification as required by State regulations
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications
- Competitive pay range: $27 - $28 / hour, based on experience
