We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary treatment team at Novant Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and self-management.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree required.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program required.
- Appropriate state PT license required.
