Job Summary:
Green Acres Healthcare is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and attention to residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
- Take and record patient vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers, and supervisors to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current state certification as a CNA
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting (preferred)
